Rohtak, March 25, 2025: Department of Psychology and Happiness Laboratory of MDU, Rohtak jointly conducted a mental health, well-being and happiness survey in the nearby village of Kahnaur Today as an outreach activity.
The students of the department went around the village Kahnaur, contacted 500 people, interacted with them and got the survey questionnaire filled. HOD Prof. Anjali Malik said that this outreach activity was conducted to assess the mental dimension of health and happiness.
Coordinator of this outreach activity and Professor in-charge of Happiness Laboratory, Dr. Deepti Hooda said that the information generated by this survey will be analyzed and followed up. This is an important initiative in promoting holistic health and happiness in the society. Assistant Professor Dr. Bindu Ahlawat was the coordinator in this activity. Prof. Sarvdeep Kohli along with research scholars and students was present during the survey.
