Wife of Pulwama attack Martyr, gets government job in Himachal

Dharamshala, May 31, 2019: Savitri Devi, wife of martyr Tilakraj , has been appointed in clerical cadre in the Harchakiyan sub tehsil of Jawali tehsil. Savitri Devi was accompanied by SDM Jawali Arun Sharma to Lakhchakia sub-division for joining today. Earlier, MLA Arjun Thakur, on behalf of Jai Ram Thakur’s Government of HP handed over the appointment letter to Shaheed Tilak Raj's wife Savitri Devi in her house in Dewa village of Jawali . Thus, CM Jairam Thakur fulfilled his promise of providing government job to the martyr's wife. Savitri Devi thanked the CM Jayaram Thakur and MLA of Jawali , Arjun Thakur for providing her the source of regular income. Martyr Tilakraj lost his life on 14 th February in a terrorists attack at Pulwama in Jammu and Kashmir. Born May 2, 1988, Martyr Tilak Raj was employed in the CRPF in the year 2007. He has two sons. Tilak Raj was also popular as a folk singer.
