Garud is overjoyed when Lord Vishnu offers him the role of Vahak (carrier). However, there is a catch... Garud must pass a series of tests and undergo training in order to get this prestigious opportunity. However, Garud, who is confident in his abilities, tells Vishnu that he is ready, justifying that if he can bear the weight of the world, being Lord Vishnu's Vahak will be a piece of cake. Lord Vishnu decides to put him to the test and asks Garud to prove himself by lifting his finger, and lo and behold! Garud fails miserably at this task.
Will Garud be able to prove himself worthy of being the Vahak?
Faisal Khan who plays Garud in Sony SAB’s Dharm Yoddha Garud comments, “Garud’s confidence in the show is something we see in all young adults today. The hunger to do something and prove that they are capable, that confidence or perhaps the overconfidence is a common trait. I believe that is how we learn important life lessons and grow. We all have somebody like Lord Vishnu though, someone who gives us the reality check when needed and teaches us to be grounded. Don’t forget to watch the show, to find out how Lord Vishnu becomes his guidance and Garud becomes a Vahak.”
