Ludhiana, May 30, 2022: Women Forum of LMA organised a session on ‘Kitchen to Cloud” here today. The resource person was renowned personality from food industry Hitesh Arora, Managing Director- Kipps, Ludhiana. He emphasized about the trending Cloud Kitchen business among the members and shared the tips regarding this start-up business. The session was attended by women members of LMA.
Arora shared about the passion of cooking came across many people during the Covid’19 pandemic and how it turned out into the business for them. He further shared about the main topic “Cloud Kitchen” and how it works.
Further, Arora explained the working of cloud kitchen which is also called ghost kitchens & virtual operating kitchens which has low investment and one can open this business from their home as well & operated with online orders and aggregators like Zomato & Swiggy.
He also explained about the techniques of operating cloud kitchen like FSSAI licenses, good marketing over social media, good quality of raw material and branding as well.
It was a fruitful session for one and all that concluded with a vote of thanks by Shobhan Soi, General Secretary of LMA.
