Workshop based on colour theory and its importance organized

Jalandhar, October 13, 2019: Workshop based on Colour theory and its importance was organized by Department of Fashion Makeover at Apeejay College of Fine Arts, Jalandhar. Mr.Dharmendra from Orane International, Jalandhar was the key source person of the workshop.

During the workshop, students learned about Colour theory and its importance in professional world. Theory related to types of colour like primary, secondary, tertiary, analogous, complementary colours and more were discussed. Students were made aware about the base colour, fashion colour of hair and about its mixing which enhance hair color. Students also learnt about the various professional brands of hair colour and application according to different skin tone and hair texture (like Wella, Matrix Loreal and more) about importance of shampooing and how it works on layers of hair.

Principal Dr. Sucharita Sharma opined in the field of Fashion Makeover, there are so many techniques and applications which keep on varying as per time. So, it is important for students to stay in touch with the latest modifications.

She appreciated the efforts of Ms. Meenal Sandhu for smoothly conducting the workshop.
