WORKSHOP CONDUCTED IN APS, JALANDHAR

Jalandhar, April 16, 2019: Vajra Corps organised a focused workshop on 'Inclusive Practices with Universal Design for Learning Behaviour Modification and Technology in Education' at APS Jalandhar Cantt. The workshop was attended by 142 parents and 65 teachers and select Principals of Asha Schools, pre-primary and primary schools not just from Jalandhar but also from Ferozepur, Meerut, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Beas and Khasa. Mrs Simmi Datta, President FWO Vajra Corps, who has been spearheading the focus on Quality of Education, felicitated and thanked the accomplished Resource persons, Mrs Vennela Ravada and her mentor Mrs Sheilaja Rao for the insight into child development. The training on the requisite skill sets and the role of regular teachers in facilitating an 'Inclusive Education' environment was very well received and will go a long way in training of other teachers in their respective schools.
