WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY AT SMD SCHOOL

Panchkula, June 5, 2019: World Environment Day (June 5) was celebrated at SMD Little Champ Smart School Sector 2 Panchkula with great fervour and gaiety. Various activities were organised displaying the useful message ‘Grow more trees’, ‘Each one, plant one’ ‘Save Water and Electricity’, protect the natural environment and keep the earth, clean, green and pollution free. Principal Ms Deepika said “On World Environment Day the message is simple; reject single-use-plastic. Refuse what you can’t re-use. Together, we can chart a path to a cleaner, greener world." Director Mr Naresh Gupta said the objective of celebrating Environment Day was to make younger generation more sensitive towards environmental protection.
