Jalandhar: World Health Day was celebrated at Dips School, Tanda children were made aware about healthy diet, yoga and adopting a healthy lifestyle. The children made posters on this year's healthy theme Health for All. Through the play, the children told how the use of more electronic gadgets today is making us physically ill.
Teachers of Physical Education and Science explained how we can make ourselves mentally and physically strong by doing yoga for a while every day. Along with this, they also inspired the children to consume different types of fruits and vegetables every day. They said that this keeps our eyes strong and our physical ability strong.
Principal Divya Chawla said the World Health Organization was established on this day. The main objective of which is that health does not only mean healthy food but people all over the world lead a healthy and long life. For the last few years, many people have lost their lives in the grip of an epidemic like Corona, in such a situation it is necessary that every person can live his life in a healthy way without any hindrance.
