Ludhiana, April 8, 2024: Under the aegis of IAPSM Punjab Chapter, Department of Community Medicine, Dayanand Medical College & Hospital, Ludhiana organized World Health Day quiz on Monday.
Bipin Gupta, Secretary, DMC&H Managing Society Congratulated the department for organizing the event.
On this occasion, Dr Anurag Chaudhary, Professor & Head of the department unfolded the Theme of World Health day 2024 as “My Health, My Right” and emphasized on a fundamental human right to access quality health care, education and information.
Dr GS Wander, Principal DMCH conveyed the message to students to commit themselves for function towards this goal.
Dr Sandeep Kaushal, Dean Academics announced the winners of the Quiz competition.
Dr Sarit Sharma thanked the dignitaries and students for enthusiastically participating in the event. Four teams participated in the final round of the quiz. Quiz was conducted by Dr Sangeeta Girdhar, Dr. Mahesh Satija, Dr Vikram Kumar Gupta and Dr. Pranjl Sharma of the department. Students namely Omkar Bharti, Mansha Garg and Prisha Bhagat of MBBS Batch-2020 were declared the winners.
