Jalandhar: The N.C.C Cadets of H.M.V College, Jalandhar on the instructions of the college Principal Dr Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj celebrated World Traffic Day. The students along with the Traffic Police personnel inspired the vehicle owners to completely follow the traffic rules and regulations. Sharanjit, Priya, Harman and Diya actively participated in the programme.
