‘Yeh Dosti Hum Nahi Todenge’ 

A friend in need is a friend indeed! On Best Friends Day, let us talk about one such sachi dosti, whose friendship has stood together for a long time and goes much beyond it. We are talking about Rohitashv Gour, and Vijay Kumar Singh plays the role of Manmohan Tiwari and Master Bhup Singh, respectively, in &TV’s Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hai. Both have tremendous affection and respect for each other and share a relationship nurtured over years of working and studying together. Alums of National School of Drama, Rohitashv Gour was a senior to Vijay Kumar Singh. Having known each other for years, it is an easy guess that there is a natural chemistry between the duo, which translates beautifully on-screen, making them an entertaining pair both on-screen and off-screen! Their jugalbandi is so remarkably entertaining that one cannot get enough of their fun banters.
 
Talking about their bond of friendship, Vijay Kumar Singh, aka Master Bhup Singh, says, “Had it not been for Rohitashv dada, I would not be a part of the cult show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai. He has played an instrumental role in my career and has been a true friend to me. We come from the same institute where I had seen many of his performances which left me in awe of him. We have been acquaintances for over 15 years now and have worked with each other in the past. One such day, when I went to meet him, he introduced me to the director of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, and they offered me a role. I was ecstatic to be associated with such an entertaining show, and this also gave me a chance to reunite with my dada on-screen. My memories of him are many, all of which signify his humble nature. He is a highly successful and talented celebrity but never lets fame or triumph get the better of him. He was once in a red suit on-set, and coincidently I was wearing the same-coloured pants. He made sure we took a bunch of photographs to remember this day. My affection for him is beyond measure, and that is what friendship is all about.” 

Rohitashv Gour, aka Manmohan Tiwari, adds, “Vijay is a down-to-earth human being, and I know I will always find a friend in him. He and I come from similar backgrounds, which enables our bond to be stronger. Working with him all these years has been a treat. I have seen him grown into the wonderful performer that he is today. I am so happy to have him as a part of the Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai team, and this way, we get to spend more time together and make the most of it.”
