Jalandhar, June 21, 2022: In order to make children and teachers health conscious in today's life, a one-day yoga camp was organized for students and teachers at DIPS College of Education and Dips Polytechnic College Rarra Morr on International Yoga Day. During the camp, yoga teachers conducted various yoga activities for the children and staff members to stay away from stress.
Yoga instructor told the right way and their benefits to do asanas like Prayama, Surya Namaskar, Bhujangasana, etc. Yoga is not only good for physical health but also for mental health. Children and adults, men and women, everyone benefits from doing yoga. Regular practice of yoga makes the body disease free. Improves blood circulation and digestive system. Yoga makes the body healthy, flexible and strong.
The principals said that the main objective of celebrating Yoga Day is to make people aware about the importance and benefits of Yoga. The theme of this year's Yoga Day is Yoga for Humanity. India has always been called yoga guru because yoga was started in India itself but now yoga becomes very popular in foreign countries as well.
MD Tarwinder Singh said that many precautions should be taken while doing yoga so that we can get full benefit from yoga. In the beginning, yoga should always be done with a yoga instructor.
