Yukti Kapoor is popularly known for her stellar performance as Kadak Karishma in Sony SAB’s values driven show, Maddam Sir. While dealing with such a demanding schedule, it is crucial for artists to take care of their skin which is constantly exposed to bright light and makeup. 
 
Yukti Kapoor who plays the role of Inspector Karishma Singh in Sony SAB's Maddam Sir has already created a special place in fans' heart with her brilliant acting and a gorgeous on-screen presence. Launched in February this year, Maddam Sir has been steadily winning hearts of its viewers with its light-heart content that has something for every member of the family. 
 
From comedy to action scenes, Yukti has aced her role in the show so far and with shoots currently on-hold and now that Yukti is at home, she has sworn by some homemade remedies to treat her skin with natural goodness. In a candid conversation, Yukti shares her beauty secrets and fitness routine which can be easily mastered by anyone at home.
 
Yukti while revealing her beauty secrets, said, “While shooting for Maddam Sir, it used to very difficult for me to dedicate time to pamper myself and take care of my skin. Wearing makeup for long hours takes a toll of your skin health. Since shoots are at a halt, I am regularly exploring new home-made remedies which keep my skin fresh.”
 
Yukti further added, “The first step on the journey of having healthy skin, for me, is to ensure that my body is healthy from within. I start my morning by consuming warm turmeric water. I also work out starting from planks for 10 minutes followed by 10-12 minutes of selected yoga postures. Incorporating these habits have really helped me stay fit and my skin has also started to glow.”
 
Talking about her diet, Yukti said, “I eat all vegetables and pulses. I have recently stopped consuming roti and rice. My meal incorporates only a good mix of vegetables and pulses, Daal Palak for example. I have made these choices keeping in mind the kind of skin problems I had. I also eat dinner by 7:30 in the evening. Following this routine was a little difficult in the beginning but now I am used to it.”
 
Yukti, talking about how she likes to pamper herself, said, “I am exploring different home-made face pack. There are several face masks that can be made by ingredients that are easily found in everyone’s kitchen. While my skin has received a vital break from make-up but now I am eagerly looking forward to wearing Karishma Singh’s uniform and also continue to follow my beauty regime every week.”
