ZEE TV- Vertigo doesn’t stop Deepshikha from scaling heights!

Deepshikha Nagpaul who plays the fiercely powerful BawanderPari on SAB TV’s Balveer, is all set to shoot for another action packed sequence on the show. Well the action and excitement isn’t just limited to on-screen as the young actress was seen doing her own stunts for this sequence.

A Production source revealed that, Deepshikha had to be lifted 20 feet off the ground for this sequence but because she suffers from vertigo, she immediately felt dizzy and had to be brought down! Her sheer determination and will power prompted her to give it another shot and she was harnessed yet again and lifted off the ground.

As she was being pulled upwards for the sequence, the harness loosened and Deepshikha sharply descended but the sturdy harness kept her in place! The sudden wrench caused her to injure her back. But as they say, ‘where there is a will there is a way’, Deepshikha stood strong and completed all her sequences!

Talking about the stunts Deeshika remarked, “I’m scared of heights and I have Vertigo, which makes it impossible for me to tolerate heights. But I drew inspiration from Balveer who was doing all his stunts effortlessly. His determination strengthening my resolve to get over my fear of heights and give it my best shot. The scene turned out to be absolutely thrilling!”
